Molniya is confident in the quality of its products, and provides limited quality assurance for all kinds of equipment, its related components and accessories.
Details of our quality assurance are as follows :
1. What does quality assurance cover?
Under the premise of normal operation and proper maintenance of the equipment according to the training content and manual, any defects in materials and processes during the warranty period are covered by this limited quality guarantee.
During the warranty period, Molniya will repair or replace the equipment or accessories determined to be defective in materials and workmanship free of charge.
2. What will molniya do to solve the problem?
molniya will send professional technicians to inspect the equipment to determine whether the product problem is within the scope of quality assurance.
If covered, molniya will send professional technicians to decide whether to repair the defective equipment or parts or to replace the same equipment or parts.
If the product problem is within the scope of this warranty and can be repaired without special expenses, molniya will be responsible for the resulting repair, spare parts, labor and maintenance personnel transportation costs.
This clause does not apply to any maintenance work not authorized by Molniya.
3. What does the quality guarantee not cover?
This warranty does not apply to equipment and accessories that have been improperly installed, improperly used, misused, or modified without authorization;
Normal wear and tear, consumption and failure of wearing parts are also not covered by the warranty.
